We wait until application deadline closes before beginning resume review.
Recruitment team reviews each application to determine if the minimum qualifications and any other specific requirements are met.
Recruitment team creates a Referred List of applications that have met minimum qualifications and forwards to the Hiring Team/Department.
The Hiring Manager and team review all applications on the Referred List to shortlist candidates for interviews and contact them to set up interviews.
Interviews are usually conducted as a panel and could be both virtual or in person.
The Hiring team makes a decision based on panel feedback and shares with the Recruitment team. A member of the Recruitment team will contact the candidate to extend a conditional offer of employment.
Role specific background checks and professional reference checks are conducted after the conditional offer is made. Offer negotiations, if any, also take place during this time.
Upon satisfactory completion of all checks, a formal offer and letter is provided to the candidate. A start date is picked prior to issuing the letter.
The new hire joins and attends their New Hire Orientation Program on their first day.
